Ohio Northern University will again be offering academic, music and athletic camps for students in elementary, middle school and high school during the summer 2022 season. The following opportunities are available:

Summer Academic Camps in the arts and sciences, June 12-17. These are offered for high school students entering their freshman, sophomore, junior or senior year. Participants can choose from the following courses: Music Cultures, Biological Illustration, Teaching Social Studies, Teaching Social Studies for Fun and Profit, The Physics of Cedar Point, Applications of Statistics in Sports and Games, Global Problems and World Peace.

Pharmacy Camp, June 12-17. This camp is available to students entering their junior or senior year of high school. It includes hands-on experiences that expose participants to a vast array of pharmacy disciplines.

GenCyber Camp for middle school students. Two free, week-long residential camps will be offered from June 5-10 and from June 12-17. These camps are designed for students who are interested in exploring the field of cybersecurity through interactive, hands-on activities and discussions.

Summer Music Camp, June 19-25. Open to students in grades 7 through 12, campers may register to participate in band, choir, and/or orchestra. Classes offered include music theory, music technology, world music, music history, rock ‘n’ roll music, conducting, piano classes, and jazz improvisation.

ONU Athletic Camps are offered through the summer and fall in a variety of sports and for different age groups. Sports include football, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming and volleyball.
