The 49th ONU Spring Band Festival welcomes Michael Sweeney, Internationally recognized composer and former Director of Band Publications for Hal Leonard, as the special guest conductor. Particularly known for his innovative approach to writing at younger levels for concert band and jazz, Sweeney will present an afternoon of exciting music with almost 200 instrumentalists from the Ohio High School All-State Honors Band and the ONU Symphonic Band.
