The Office of Student Affairs and the Office of Belonging, Inclusion, and Diversity invite the campus community to join us for a culinary journey through Asia and the Pacific Islands.
In May we recognize and celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AAPI) history and heritage. We are excited to share that the dining hall will host Regional Chef David Seaton from Sodexo, to lead an Asian/Pacific Islander dining experience on May 1, 2024. Regional Chef David Seaton was born and raised in South Korea and has put together a menu highlighting delicious dishes that celebrate the rich and diverse culinary traditions of the AAPI community.
