Girls in Engineering, Math and Science: A Brilliant Way to Foster Your Daughter’s Love of Math and Science
July 10-13, 2016 at Ohio Northern University
Registration is closed.
Please contact Laurie Laird at email@example.com if you have questions.
The fee for our entire four-day camp is $310, which includes all meals, housing, instructional materials, recreational activities and a T-shirt. But we can only take up to 72 girls, so click here to register and reserve your spot.
Applications are accepted on a first-come basis, and fees will be returned if the camp is full. No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2016.
Our 21st camp will be held this year! Camp GEMS truly is a rare find. We’ve designed this one-of-a-kind four-day experience specifically for girls who love math and science, and who will be entering seventh or eighth grade next fall.
On the beautiful campus of Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, your daughter will explore a vast array of exciting worlds – from technology, math, chemistry and computers to civil, electrical and mechanical engineering. She’ll be taught directly by our University professors and other expert faculty members, receiving plenty of personal attention with only 12 students per teacher.
Plus, your daughter will have lots of fun along the way with her own family group and camp counselor (a female ONU student majoring in math, science or engineering). And she’ll be kept busy with exciting recreational activities too, including a movie night, tennis, rollerblading, hiking or swimming with a lifeguard on duty.
Check out our testimonials from previous campers:

“I loved how the teachers were fun and kept me listening, and how they used their own experiences to help us.”
“I really enjoyed my group of girls and my counselor. I also liked the hands-on engineering classes the best!”
“I liked the technology aspect the best, because we got to move robots around, and that was a lot of fun.”
