While your base curriculum depends on your major, the concentration ensures you build well-rounded expertise in the design and control of automated systems. You’ll take signature courses — such as Robotics and Mechatronics — that provide a strong foundation in mechanical systems, sensors, control systems, and programming for robotics.

To further customize your education, you can choose from robotics-focused engineering electives that allow you to explore areas like artificial intelligence, digital image processing, deep learning, and related emerging technologies. By graduation, you’re fully prepared to design, develop, and integrate robotics solutions across manufacturing, healthcare, and service industries.

To earn your bachelor’s degree with a concentration in robotics, you’ll complete 128–129 credit hours of coursework. These requirements vary based on your selected major.
