Your personal housing profile is available by logging into Self-Service Banner and clicking on myHousing under the student services button. You will need to log in again using your I.D. and password.
Hall Openings and Closings for the 2013-2014 Year
First Year students will move into Residence Halls Thursday August 22, 2013 beginning at 8 am.
Returning students can move in Sunday August 25, 2013 beginning at 8 am.
The Residence Halls will close Friday November 22 at 7 pm they will open Sunday December 1, 2013 at 8 am with classes resuming on Monday December 2nd.
Residence Halls and the Affinity Complex will close Friday December 20, 2013 at 7 pm for Winter Break. The halls will open on Sunday January 12, 2014 at 8 am for the start of Spring Semester.
Housing assignments for new students take place after summer orientation.
New students can register for housing beginning in May.
All housing assignments are subject to change.
Returning Undergraduate Students
The housing selection and lottery process for upper-class students will begin Wednesday March 20, 2013. Information will be distributed through ONU email.
Please remember that if you are requesting roommate(s), each roommate must place a request to room with the other parties. Be sure to do this when completing the online form.
If you are not completely satisfied with the room you select in the housing lottery, you can ask to be placed on a waiting list for the room type you would like to have.
For students who withdraw mid-way through the semester, housing costs are not refunded after week 5.
Meals at ONU are provided by Sodexho/Marriott. Ohio Northern University is proud to offer a Carte Blanche meal plan-- you'll have enough swipes for every meal time! For details about the meal plan please visit the Dining Services page.
All students residing in Affinity Village, 5 University Parkway, Northern House, Founders, Park, Maglott, Roberts, Lima, Brookhart, or Stambaugh must be enrolled in the Carte Blanche meal plan.
Polar Points/Polar Dollars
Polar Points can be added in the Controller's Office. There is a minimum of $25 to add points. Click the image below to visit the Polar Dollars information page for a list of local business and on-campus establishments that accept the card.
