Welcome Fest 2013 Student Organization Registration

Welcome Fest is an annual event which is part of the new student orientation. Freshmen and new students are invited to this fair to see the multitude of student organizations that they have available to them at ONU. Additionally, many area businesses and vendors showcase their services. Traditionally, organizations have set up tables displaying posters, pictures, brochures about their organization. Every year, this turns out to be a huge success and an amazing recruiting opportunity.

Welcome Fest will be held on Sunday, August 25 at 2:00pm in the King-Horn Field House.

Instructions: Complete the information indicated below. The deadline for registering is Sunday, May 12, 2013.

In order to partcipate in Welcome Fest, your organization must have an updated roster of all members on file with the Office of Student Involvement.  If you submitted the information via roster collection during spring semester, you do not need to resubmit.  If the information has not been submitted during spring semester, please send the roster to studentorgs@onu.edu. In addition, your group must have up-to-date constitution and bylaws on file with the Office of Student Involvement.  You will be notified if any information is missing.

If you would like access to electricity for Welcome Fest, please indicate your need for it. As there is limited access to electricity for the event, we will follow-up with you regarding your request prior to the event and to confirm whether or not we will be able to provide you with electricity.
