Sport assignments: Cross Country, Wrestling & Outdoor Track
Rachael began as a clinical outreach athletic trainer in August, 2015. She is a 2013 Ohio Northern University graduate with a B.S. degree in athletic training. Prior to coming back to ONU, she was employed at DePauw University from 2013-2015 where she pursued her graduate studies. Rachael is employed by St. Rita’s Medical Center and resides in Lima.
Sport assignments: Football & Men’s Lacrosse
Justin began in August of 2006 at Ohio Northern University. He is a 2003 graduate of Ohio Northern University with a B.S. degree in athletic training and a minor in exercise physiology. He earned his M.Ed. in health promotion & exercise science from the University of Cincinnati in 2005. While at UC, Justin served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for Women's Soccer, Volleyball, baseball, Women's Tennis, and the Cheerleading & Dance Team. Prior to coming to ONU, Justin was employed by Lima Memorial Health Systems and covered Elida High School. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist as recognized by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Justin and his wife, Emily, reside in Lima, OH, with their daughters Peyton and Paige.

Logan began as a clinical outreach athletic trainer in August, 2015. He graduated from Wilmington College in 2013 with a B.S. degree in athletic training. He earned his M.A. degree in Education Curriculum & Instruction from New Mexico State University (Las Cruces, NM) in 2015. While at NMSU, Logan served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for Men's and Women's Tennis, Rodeo, Dance, and was a teaching assistant for the athletic training program. Logan is employed by St. Rita's Medical Center. He and his wife, Christina, reside in Bellefontaine.
Sport assignments: Men's Soccer, Men's Basketball
Erik began in August of 2014. In 2012, he graduated from Cedarville University with a BA in athletic training. He then worked at Georgia Southern University as a graduate assistant with the Men's Soccer team for the first year, then Women's Volleyball for the second year. Erik graduated from Georgia Southern University with a M.S. in kinesiology in 2014. He resides in Lima.

Tiffani began working as a clinical outreach athletic trainer in September, 2015. She graduated from Saint Joseph's College (IN) in 2010 with a B.S. degree in Biology. Tiffani earned her MAT in 2012 at the University of Findlay. She worked as a graduate assistant at Bluffton University from 2012-2015 and earned her MBA in healthcare in 2015. Tiffani is employed by St. Rita’s Medical Center and resides in Lima.

Krisi began in August of 2011. She is a 2007 Ohio Northern University graduate with a B.S. degree in athletic training and she earned her M.Ed. degree in 2008 at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to coming back to ONU, Krisi was employed by The College of Mount St. Joesph from 2008-2011. Krisi and her son, Tyler, live in Ada.

Chandalar began in August of 2001 at Ohio Northern University. She is a 1999 graduate of Wilmington College (Wilmington, OH) with a B.S. degree in athletic training & sport management. She earned her M.A.E.d. degree in health education at East Carolina University (Greenville, NC) in 2001. While at East Carolina, Chandalar served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the Pirate soccer & softball teams. She resides in Findlay, OH, with her husband, Chris. Chris and Chanda have two children, a son, Cashel and daughter, Connelly.

Kurt began in August of 1999 at Ohio Northern University. He is a 1997 graduate of Manchester College (N. Manchester, IN) with a B.S. degree in health and physical education. He earned his M.A. degree in athletic training at Western Michigan University (Kalamazoo, MI) in 1999. While at Western Michigan, Kurt served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for the Bronco football and baseball teams. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist as recognized by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Kurt and his wife, Michelle, reside in Lima, OH. He has two sons, Peyton and Keegan and a daughter, Kenley.
Michelle has been at ONU since 1992. She graduated in 1988 from East Stroudsburg University (East Stroudsburg, PA) with a B.S. degree in health, physical education and recreation with a concentration in athletic training. She earned her M.S. degree in health and physical education from Marshall University (Huntington, WV) in 1990. Michelle is currently an associate professor in the HPSS department. Michelle and her husband, Kurt, and daughter Kenley, reside in Lima, OH.
