College Credit Plus Admission

College Credit Plus at ONU provides participating high schools and students with a unique and sustainable way to take advantage of rigorous curriculum through college-level courses while earning college credit. Ohio Northern offers three program options to help students take advantage of this educational opportunity designed to blend well with their current schedules. Students must submit an ACT and/or SAT score, as well as a high school transcript demonstrating preparation for ONU-level work.

Choose from one of these College Credit Plus options:

  1. Attend ONU courses in our dynamic university-setting
  2. Take ONU courses from a qualified high school faculty member at your school when available
  3. Study ONU courses in a “flipped” online format

Ohio Northern is offering guaranteed admission to the College of Arts & Sciences and the Dicke College of Business Administration, and a minimum of $5,000 in University scholarships to any student who completes 15 hours of ONU credits through College Credit Plus, maintains a cumulative 3.0 grade point average, and enrolls full-time at Ohio Northern within two years of high school graduation.
