Join us for a NEW HealthWise class focusing on lower back fitness! Participants in this class will learn techniques focused on strengthening your core to decrease and prevent lower back pain. Lillie Schiavone, senior exercise physiology intern, will teach the classes. Wear active gear and bring a mat/towel if preferred.
