  • Daniel Hemel, University of Chicago Law School, presenting The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017: A Space Odyssey
  • Darien Shanske, UC Davis School of Law, presenting States Can and Should Respond Strategically to Federal Tax Law
  • Elaine Waterhouse-Wilson, West Virginia University College of Law, presenting Pouring SALT in the Wound: The Impact of the Charitable Quid Pro Quo Regulations on Rural Philanthropy
