Open to students, employees and retirees. STRONG is a high intensity interval training workout driven by the science of Synced Music Motivation. Music is crafted and reverse engineered to match every move, driving the intensity in a challenging progression that provides a total body workout. It uses traditional fitness moves for a more athletic, bodyweight, conditioning-style workout. STRONG is designed for participants looking to increase their intensity levels of training, maximize workout benefits and see faster real results from their efforts. Questions?
