Criminal Justice

“All the great things are simple, and many can be expressed in a single word: freedom, justice, honor, duty, mercy, hope.”  – Winston Churchill

Make an impact on society with a criminal justice degree from ONU. In our program, you’ll go beyond the classroom to experience the real world of criminal justice. Through community programs, internships, research and Inside-Out, you’ll interact with law enforcement officers, judges, prosecutors, defenders, juvenile offenders and those impacted by crime. Our seasoned professors will guide you on your path, making sure you graduate with the knowledge, skills and experiences you’ll need to pursue a career in criminal justice, attend law school or further your studies in graduate school.

Path to Success

Criminal justice is a growing field, and qualified professionals are in high demand. In the past three years, 99 percent of our graduates in criminal justice, psychology, and sociology were employed full-time or enrolled in graduate school or law school within six months of graduation.
