Masters of Science in Accounting (MSA)
MSA APPLICATION
Who is eligible?
- Qualified transfer students who have completed a two-year accounting program can finish their baccalaureate degrees at ONU and go on to the MSA
- Qualified accounting graduates
- Qualified business or other graduates with accounting electives
- Qualified ONU law students with accounting backgrounds who want to add the graduate accounting degree
- Qualified public accounting professionals who would like to add the graduate accounting degree on a full- or part-time basis
Admissions criteria for entry into the MSA program include the following:
- General minimum application and admissions requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with the equivalent in coursework including:
- Intermediate Accounting I and II
- Auditing
- U.S. Federal Taxation
- Minimum overall undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- GMAT score of 500 (GMAT not required with an overall undergraduate GPA of 3.25) or LSAT score enabling entry into the College of Law
- TOEFL score (if applicable) of 600 for paper-based, 250 for computer-based, or 100 for Internet-based test
- Completion of online application form, including all requested documentation and references.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with the equivalent in coursework including:
Any applicant not meeting the minimum admissions requirements will be referred to the graduate faculty for their review and decision.
