Each year, Student Senate hosts Welcome Fest in the King-Horn field house. This annual event will involve over 150 organizations, local businesses and several University offices.
The 2014 Welcome Fest will be held on Sunday, August 24 at 2:00 p.m.
The purpose of the event is to help new students become acquainted with the members and leaders of student organizations on campus as well as local businesses and opportunities in and around the Ada community.
Students who attend the event will be able to receive different types of handouts, from information on clubs, activities and resources to fun and games such as frisbees, candy, food, pens, ice cream and different types of promotional material.

For those groups participating, you may arrive beginning at 1:30 p.m. to setup your table. All items must be contained within the 8 foot table. You will also be provided two chairs and a small sign. All food must be in a wrapper. If you have a drawing at your table, it must be free to enter. Electricity will only be available if requested and approved prior to the event.
