Each year, Student Senate hosts Welcome Fest in the King-Horn field house. This annual event will involve over 150 organizations, local businesses and several University offices.
The 2014 Welcome Fest will be held on Sunday, August 24 at 2:00 p.m.
The purpose of the event is to help new students become acquainted with the members and leaders of student organizations on campus as well as local businesses and opportunities in and around the Ada community.
Students who attend the event will be able to receive different types of handouts, from information on clubs, activities and resources to fun and games such as frisbees, candy, food, pens, ice cream and different types of promotional material.

Registration for businesses is now open. Please click here to register and provde your payment. Registration will close on August 1, 2014. Due to limited space for this year, registration will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Once we have reached our capacity, additional registrations will not be permitted.
