Ohio Northern is proud to offer fully-furnished apartments to upperclass students. Residents must have junior status (90 credit hours) to qualify for the apartments and must select an apartment during the Housing Lottery in the spring. Residing in on-campus apartments prepares students with life skills necessary for their young adult lives beyond ONU.

Univeristy Terrace Features:

- Upper-class students

- Co-ed

- Full kitchen (Refrigerator, stove, microwave; some include dishwashers and disposals)

- Private bathroom

- Two or four bedrooms

- Common area

- Two networked computer outlets per room

- ONU cable-television service in all rooms

- Wall-to-wall carpeting

- Fully-furnished (Couch, armchair, two side tables, refrigerator, stove, microwave, extra-long twin bed and dresser per bedroom)

- In-room climate control

- 2012-2013 Room Rate: $7890 per academic year (Two bedroom apartment with two residents, per person)

- 2012-2013 Room Rate: $6758 per academic year (Two bedroom apartment with three residents, per person)

- 2012-2013 Room Rate: $7520 per academic year (Four bedroom apartment with four residents, per person)

- 2012-2013 Room Rate: $11685 per academic year (One bedroom apartment with one resident)

All apartment residents receive $300 in dining points per semester and have access to coinless laundry facilities.

Apartments for Law Students and Married Students

*Law students, married students, and other nontraditional students have different needs than traditional 20-to-22 year olds residing in on-campus apartments. In response to those needs, two apartment buildings have been set aside primarily for their residence: Courtyard Apartments and Polar Place.

Courtyard Apartments are on Main Street, across from campus. Polar Place is located centrally to campus near the other Southside Apartments (Klondike's Den & Northern Commons).
