Ohio Northern is proud to offer fully-furnished apartments to upperclass students. Residents must have junior status (90 credit hours) to qualify for the apartments and must select an apartment during the Housing Lottery in the spring. Residing in on-campus apartments prepares students with life skills necessary for their young adult lives beyond ONU. For more information, please browse the apartment options below.

Apartments for Law Students and Married Students
*Law students, married students, and other nontraditional students have different needs than traditional 20-to-22 year olds residing in on-campus apartments. In response to those needs, two apartment buildings have been set aside primarily for their residence: Courtyard Apartments and Polar Place.
Courtyard Apartments are on Main Street, across from campus. Polar Place is located centrally to campus near the other Southside Apartments (Klondike's Den & Northern Commons).
If you are a law student or married student and interested in living in an on-campus apartment, please contact the Office of Residence Life at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 419-772-2430. If you are a law student, you may also visit the Law Housing page.
