Residence Life, in collaboration with all university divisions, will assist in facilitating the total and balanced growth of students by emphasizing student development, wellness, ethics, and leadership.

The purpose of the Office of Residence Life is to assist in the holistic development of the student as he or she moves from the dependence of home to the interdependence in and beyond Ohio Northern University.
