Claude W. Pettit College of Law
The Center for Democratic Governance and Rule of Law at Ohio Northern University, in cooperation with ONU’s LL.M. in Democratic Governance and Rule of Law program (pending final government funding approval), is offering a unique program for law professors in Kosovo who would like to receive their LL.M. while simultaneously enhancing their law-teaching skills through a special Legal Pedagogy and Instruction Certificate Program. The application deadline for the 2017-18 class is July 1, 2017.
The College of Law at Ohio Northern University began its groundbreaking LL.M. in Democratic Governance and Rule of Law program more than 10 years ago and has educated nearly 100 lawyers from more than 35 countries. This specialized course of study is designed to give law professors the specific skills necessary to be more effective in the classroom, focusing on course design, student assessment, experiential learning and classroom-instruction methodology.
