We are very excited that you are interested in the opportunity to become a Resident Assistant. Resident Assistants are looked to as leaders on campus. RAs serve as a resource to their residents, are knowledgeable about campus activities, and encourage students to get to know each other.

Staff expectations include:
- Actively supporting and upholding the missions of Ohio Northern University and the Office of Residence Life.
- Assist in holding self and peers accountable in maintaining performance standards.
- Uphold the Student Code of Conduct. This expectation is self-evident, but it is important to your credibility in this position. Setting a double standard is unacceptable.

RA Interview Day - Sunday, Jan. 28 at 2 p.m.
Applicants should make every attempt to attend interview day. The Resident Assistant position is a very time intensive position that requires a year commitment as well as considerable time spent on campus each year. Typically students that are unavailable for the interview day may not have enough time to commit to this position. We do accommodate all co-curricular activities such as athletics, musical performance, and academic internships.
