Application
for Graduation
The university has one commencement
ceremony each year at the end of Spring Quarter.
All Spring Quarter graduates are
expected to attend, graduates from the previous Summer,
Fall, and Winter are invited to return and participate in the ceremonies with
their classmates.
Students should apply for graduation two
(2) quarters in advance of the date of expected graduation but no later than
the end of the registration period for the term of graduation.
If a student plans to graduate at the
end of Spring Quarter, the application should be submitted in previous Fall
Quarter to allow time for sufficient review and possible adjustments to Winter and/or Spring Quarter class schedules to satisfy all
graduation requirements. Applications for graduation in the
Spring Quarter must be submitted no later than the end of the Spring Quarter
registration period in January.
Application for graduation in the
timeframe mentioned above will allow for the student and parents to be properly
included in all communications from the various university offices related to
commencement.
