All transcripts issued, up to three (3) per day, are FREE.
Normal processing takes 2 to 5 days after the request is received, however we make every effort to reduce this
time as much as possible. All transcripts are dated, official, and sent via the U.S. Postal Service, unless
arrangements are made for 'For Fee Services'. Transcripts sent to the student, or any relative, or 'friend'
will be marked as "ISSUED TO STUDENT" .
Currently enrolled students can come to the Registrar's Office to request an official
transcript OR use Luminis (the ONU Portal) to
'Request Printed Official Transcript' on the web.
Alumni who have graduated since 1994 can contact the Department of Information Technology
(419) 772-2848 or (419)-772-2311
to obtain a Luminis User name and Luminis Password allowing transcripts to be ordered 24/7
on the web via the ONU Portal Luminus.
Former students and alumni with Luminis username and password, can request a transcript
on the web (Luminis) or send the attached 'Transcript Request Form'
via mail or FAX.
All financial encumbrances to the university must be satisfied before a transcript can be released.
