Dr. Kendall L. Baker became the tenth President of Ohio Northern University in 1999. He served as President of the University of North Dakota for the preceding seven years. Prior to that he had been vice president and provost at Northern Illinois University for six years. Dr. Baker earned his B.A. degree in political science from the University of Maryland and his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Georgetown University.
