Are ONU HealthWise services provided free of charge?

  • Currently, all services offered by ONU HealthWise are done so at no charge to the participant (November 2015).

Who are your community health partners?

  • Ohio Northern University serves as the lead agency, providing student health professionals and licensed supervision. The Kenton Community Health Center acts as referral agency for primary medical home and childhood vaccinations. The Kenton-Hardin Health Department acts as a referral agency for primary medical home and childhood vaccinations, and Hardin Memorial Hospital serves as referral agency for invasive diagnostics and screenings and specialty and acute medical care.

Who can utilize ONU HealthWise services?

  • All community citizens, including personnel from local hospitals, primary care facilities, senior citizen centers, churches and schools, can take advantage of our health and wellness services.
