July 24            Monthly tuition payment plan due – 1st installment
Aug. 20 New student move-in; residence halls open at 8 a.m.
Aug. 20 New Student Convocation
Aug. 22 Ada Civic Engagement (ACE) Day
Aug. 22 Move-in for continuing students; residence halls open at noon.
Aug. 23 Welcome Fest for all students
Aug. 24 Classes begin at 8 a.m.
Aug. 24 Last day for payment of fall semester fees
Aug. 24 Monthly tuition payment plan due – 2nd installment
Aug. 24 Late registration for new, re-entry and continuing students (8 a.m. to noon)
Aug. 24 Last day to submit the Student Health Insurance Waiver
Sept. 1 Last day to ADD a class or section
Sept. 7 Labor day (no classes)
Sept. 15 Beginning of "W" period for withdraws
Sept. 17 Fall career/graduate and professional school fair (for recruitment of Arts & Sciences, Business Administration and Engineering majors)

Nov. 13 Last day to withdraw "W" from a class
Nov. 13 Last day to remove "I" (incomplete) marks
Nov. 19–21 Holiday Spectacular
Nov. 21 Residence halls close at 7 p.m. for Thanksgiving break
Nov. 24 Monthly tuition payment plan due – Final installment
Nov. 23–27 Thanksgiving recess (no classes)
Nov. 29 Residence halls reopen at 8 a.m.
Nov. 30 Classes resume
Dec. 14–18 Final exams
Dec. 18 Semester ends
Dec. 18 Residence halls close at 7 p.m.
Dec. 24 Monthly tuition payment plan due – Spring 1st installment

Spring Semester    

Jan. 1            First day the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) may be filed online
Jan. 10 Residence halls reopen at 8 a.m.
Jan. 11 Classes begin 8 a.m.
Jan. 11 Last day for payment of spring semester fees
Jan. 11 Monthly tuition payment plan due – Spring 2nd installment

Jan. 18 Martin Luther King Jr. Day (no classes)
