Victoria (18) and Ale (15) double as my two younger sisters and my biggest cheerleaders. We can help them become active, empowered participants in their own health, the benefits of which are priceless. To better prepare myself to fulfill that role, I also have a minor in Medical Humanities. On campus I am involved in Alpha Phi Omega (a service fraternity), the World Student Organization (I’m the president), President’s Club, Orientation Leaders, and soon CPNP (the College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists).  Even with all that, I’m typically free any week day in the early afternoon or after 4:30pm. When I’m not studying (or, rather, when I should be studying) I love to watch The Walking Dead with  my boyfriend of 4-ish years, chat with my fabulous housemates, and do laps at the pool. I also enjoy introducing people to my sugar glider (google them, they’re adorable). I’m really excited to meet you all— enjoy your summer and again, welcome to ONU!

I have many interests including sports (especially lacrosse and hockey), gaming, music, TV shows, and movies.  I decided to study pharmacy because I wanted to help people and solve problems using the fascinating sciences of drug therapy.  The journey to be a pharmacist is not easy, and I want incoming P1s to understand this and help make their transition into college smoother. When I first came here, I felt lost and alone and didn’t really know where to turn. I don’t want future P1s to go what I went through; I want them to know that there is always someone to go to for any kind of help. I want to be that person for them: to be a mentor to guide them and be a friend for them even when they feel they have nowhere else to turn for guidance.  I am available during the school year Monday afternoons; Tuesday evenings, most of the day Wednesdays, Thursday evenings, and Friday afternoons.
