Vemuru co-authors book chapter, article

Srinivasa Vemuru, professor of electrical and computer engineering, is co-author of a book chapter in Nanoelectronic Device Applications Handbook, published by CRC Press. The chapter is titled “Minimal Majority Gate Mapping of Four-Variable Functions for Quantum-Dot Cellular Automat.”

He is also co-author, with faculty from the University of Toledo, of an article published in the International Journal of RF and Microwave Computer-Aided Design. The collaborative research article is titled “Trust region-based optimization of PKI neural models for RF/microwave devices.”
