Tau Beta Sigma is an honorary sorority dedicated to serving the bands.  Although it is deemed a sorority both men and women may join as long as they are involved in a major instrumental ensemble each quarter of the school year.

Gamma Mu Chapter of Tau Beta Sigma was founded at Ohio Northern University on May 17^th, 1964.  Since then, many have had the honor of being called a sister of Tau Beta Sigma.  Activities of the chapter include logistical support for the music department, social activities, and in general, a lot of fun.  Some of our service activities include: Presser Hall clean-ups, singing in the Kappa Phi sing-a-long, adopt a highway, spring band festival, ushering at all recitals in Presser Hall, band camp activities, as well as many more.

The KKY brother chapter of Gamma Mu is the Sigma Chapter.  Many of the activities we do, both social and service events, are done with the brothers of the Sigma Chapter.  We truly appreciate their involvement in all the joint events that we do together.
