The Iota chapter of Phi Sigma Rho was founded at Ohio Northern in 2001. The sorority started with 10 founding sisters and has grown since then; currently there are almost 30 active sisters.

Service projects and philanthropic projects benefit the Girl Scouts of America and The American Cancer Society.
