Dear Future Alpha Xi Delta,

Welcome to Ohio Northern University!  As you have probably learned, ONU is home to four national sororities and six national fraternities.  Greek life offers an amazing opportunity to meet new people and become involved on campus.  We hope you are as excited about meeting us as we are about meeting you!

Becoming an Alpha Xi Delta was one of the best decisions we ever made.  Joining a sorority is an important commitment and should not be taken lightly.  The people you meet and the opportunities presented to you will help to shape your future.  When we first joined, we never imagined how much Alpha Xi would change our lives. Alpha Xi Delta has allowed us to be ourselves, along with allowing us to grow into better people.  No matter the decision you choose to make, we hope that your experience with Greek life will be as fulfilling as ours has been for us.

Alpha Xi Delta’s strive to be involved on campus.  Our sisters participate in a number of organizations, including President’s Club, Student Senate, Circle K, Habitat for Humanity, Model UN and WONB.  In addition, we are active participants in ONU’s Dance Team, bands, choirs and intramural sports.  Our sisters traditionally achieve high academic honors, frequently appear on the Dean’s List, and take part in weekly study groups to maintain their academic excellence.  Sisters of Alpha Xi Delta aspire to be well-rounded and successful women.  As a sister, you are encouraged to “Realize Your Potential,” which is the national motto of Alpha Xi Delta.
