Von’s Jewelry to Feature Art Work By Toby Baker

Von’s Jewelry, 3217 Elida Road, Lima, will feature recent artwork and select pieces of fused glass jewelry by painter and sculptor Toby Baker, Nov. 16-30.

Mrs. Baker’s work is described as whimsical and colorful. She has received awards for her art both locally and across the state.

Mrs. Baker received her bachelor of fine arts degree in studio art from Ohio Northern University in 2006, a master of arts degree in creative writing from the University of North Dakota and a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Wyoming. She lives in Ada with her husband, Ken, president of Ohio Northern University.

An artist’s reception is scheduled for Nov. 16 from 6- 8:30 p.m. with a portion of the proceeds from that evening’s sales benefiting ArtSpace/Lima and the ONU Department of Art.
