Lewis takes part in panel
Michael Lewis, professor of law, was on a panel at the Federalist Society's National Lawyers Convention in Washington, D.C., on Nov. 14. The panel was on International Humanitarian Law, the law of armed conflict, and was moderated by Judge Bea of the Ninth Circuit and included John Bellinger, former State Department legal advisor, John Yoo, Berkeley and former White House legal advisor, Ryan Goodman, NYU Law, and Deborah Pearlstein, Cardozo Law, former White House speech writer. On Dec. 13 he was on the radio (WGAN) in Portland, Maine, discussing Senate CIA report. He completed a podcast for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia on the Senate Torture Report where he debated Chris Anders of the ACLU.
