Perrine receives WMU Alumni Award
Trilisa M. Perrine, Ph.D., associate professor of chemistry, has been awarded the Western Michigan University Alumni Achievement Award.
The College of Liberal Arts at Western Michigan University annually honors alumni from each department with an Alumni Achievement Award, the college's highest honor for an alumna/alumnus). On Oct. 24, 2014, Perrine was presented with this honor by Dean Alexander Enyedi after being nominated by the Department of Chemistry at WMU. Perrine was also invited to give a seminar on her research at WMU, and presented a talk entitled "Molecular Electronics: Computational Insights" to the Department of Chemistry on Oct. 23, also known as "Mole Day" in the chemistry community.
