Why should a student choose ONU?

Ohio Northern University is the complete package offering an education of value and excellence. Our faculty are focused and dedicated to their student’s success. ONU promotes high impact learning, such as first-year experience, research, capstone courses, internships, experiential learning, service learning and study abroad. We offer the opportunity to take part in 200 student organizations and 23 NCAA Division III varsity athletic teams. Students who gain these experiences inside and outside of the classroom have developed professional skills to help them in their career. The value of an ONU education has been demonstrated in high placement rates, such as our 2014 placement rate of 95 percent. We have also been nationally recognized for our high return on investment. A student's experience and success is our top priority! Schedule a campus visit to see first-hand what it means to be a Polar Bear!

What is your favorite thing about college admissions?

My favorite part of college admissions is working with students and families through the discovery process. College is an exciting new adventure, and I want each student to have a seamless transition to college life. I enjoy seeing prospective students who are motivated learners turn into well-prepared leaders upon graduation.

What is your favorite thing about Ada?

Ada offers a quaint, safe, small town environment. Ada has all the essentials you will need!
