Construction to close Lima Avenue Work has already begun on the next phase of the West Lima Avenue project. Most of the construction will take place between the Ada corporation line and Klingler Road/Township Road 35. Installation of a new storm sewer line will require digging up the Green Monster walking/running track in three locations. The contractor plans to refill these areas with stone in one day to minimize disruption. West Lima Avenue will officially close on Monday, March 4, with competition set for Aug. 23. During this time, only residents who live along the construction area will have access.
