Writing a Business Plan
Thursdays Nov 1st — Dec 13th
Instructor: Kevin Ernst, CEDC Director
Do you have a great idea, but you don’t know what to do next? Or maybe you have already started your small business, but now would like to expand and need financial assistance to do so. How do successful entrepreneurs take their passion and turn it into a successful business? They start with a business plan. Whether you’re looking for a way to get your ideas down on paper, or are required to make a plan to apply for a loan, the upcoming “Writing a Business Plan” class is for you.
Structured around the basic elements of a business plan, CEDC Director, Kevin Ernst, will guide you through his step-by-step business plan process. Director Ernst has years of experience working all over the state of Ohio on business start-ups and loan applications. His knowledge of the procedures as well as his hands-on experience will guide you through developing your own plan.
“Writing a Business Plan” is a six week course, each week studying a different element of the document and working collaboratively with other area entrepreneurs to produce your own, one-of-a-kind plan. The class begins on November 1st and runs Thursday evenings at 6:30 through December 13th. (The class will skip the week of November 22nd.)
Sign-up by calling 419-772-2753 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All CEDC classes and events are free and open to the public! The CEDC office and classroom space are located in Ohio Northern University’s Dicke Building on Main Street in Ada.
