Therapy dogs to visit campus

ONU’s student chapter of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists will host a program on therapy dogs at 7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 10 in Hakes-Pierstorf Room 151. Kim Bullock, a licensed social worker at Lima Memorial Hospital and lead therapy dog handler, will be the guest speaker. She and other therapy dog handlers and their canines will be demonstrating how dogs can provide special and effective alternative therapy, especially for geriatric patients.

The program is open to the public.
