ONU to host the Miller brothers
Ohio Northern University’s Freed Center for the Performing Arts will present the music of Miller on March 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Biggs Theatre.
Miller is a band consisting of three brothers, Cole, Clayton and L.D. The youngest brother, L.D. Miller, is a self-taught harmonica player who began touring with his brothers at 8 years old. Now in his late teens, his harmonica skills led to a second-place finish on NBC’s “America’s Most Talented Kid” at the age of 9.
Although the band has made several television appearances and has toured the country since 2002, its popularity started to rise in 2006 after the brothers won second place on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”
Miller performs a mix of blues and rock. The band has shared the stage with musicians like Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and B.B. King.
General admission is $20. Tickets are on sale now.
