Entrepreneurship workshop on social media set
The Entrepreneur Center in Ohio Northern University’s James F. Dicke College of Business Administration continues its entrepreneurship workshops with Matt Brown, who will speak on “Social Media? Is it right for my small business?” in the Dicke Forum on Tuesday, March 13, at 5:30 p.m.
Brown is president of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce, president of the Lima Young Professionals, and a marketing specialist with COMSTOR Outdoor Ltd. An award-winning author, he also operates his own insurance company, Personal Insurance, which covers insurance needs for professional and business owners as well as homeowners.
In addition to running Personal Insurance, Brown is working with COMSTOR to launch an integrated marketing firm that will strive to help West Central Ohio businesses increase revenue and their consumer bases by utilizing marketing and sale strategies.
Brown graduated from Ohio Northern in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in management.
The workshop will be preceded by a networking event from 5:30-6 p.m. The workshop will follow the networking event and conclude at 7 p.m.
