The Pettit College of Law's 13th annual Diversity Forum will discuss "The 20-Year Legacy of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas" in the Celebrezze Moot Court Room 127 on Thursday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m.
In combination with the musical theatre program, the symphony will present this musical in full orchestral scoring and limited staging Feb. 24-26. The Pettit College of Law will present the 2012 Carhart Program on Legal Ethics on Friday, March 2, at 11 a.m. in the Celebrezze Moot Court Room. The program will feature professor Charles Dunlap's presentation, "Ethical Issues in the Practice of National Security Law: A Perspective" and professor David Luban's "The Government Lawyer as Advisor: Some Hard Lessons of the Last 10 Years."

Zachary L. Berkstresser, a first-year student in Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law, has been elected governor of the Sixth Circuit of the American Bar Association's Law Student Division (ABA/LSD). He will be sworn in at the annual Board of Governors meeting in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on March 15.
