Ohio Northern University’s musical theater department and ONU’s symphony have come together to present a concert staged production of “Miss Saigon” this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday at 2 p.m.
“Miss Saigon” revolves around the love story of an American GI and a Vietnamese woman during the Vietnam War. ONU’s staged production of this completely sung musical will be performed with minimal staging, but will contain projections relating to the Vietnam War as the actors and the symphony recount this tragic tale.
Tickets are $15 for general admission, $12 for seniors and students and $9 for children. The Freed Center box office is open Monday through Friday from noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Phone orders are accepted with American Express, MasterCard, VISA or Discover by calling 419-772-1900.
