Entrepreneurship workshop topic: business insurance

The Entrepreneur Center in Ohio Northern University’s James F. Dicke College of Business Administration continues its entrepreneurship workshops with Chad Hays, partner/managing agent at Hays Insurance Agencies, who will speak on “Business Insurance: What Kind and How Much” on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 5:30 p.m. in the Dicke Forum.

Hays, who graduated from ONU in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, grew up in Celina, Ohio. After graduating, he entered the family insurance business with his father, Bruce Hays, who graduated from ONU in 1971 and started Hays Insurance LLC in 1983. It has since grown to eight employees and two agencies, one in Celina and a second in Ada.

The workshop will be preceded by a networking event from 5:30-6 p.m. The workshop will follow the networking event and conclude at 7 p.m.
