Sebok Lecture in Pharmacy, Jan. 20
Thomas E. Menighan, executive vice president and chief executive officer of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), will headline the 2012 Sebok Pharmacy Lecture.

Music classes for families
Vicki Mills, a licensed Musikgarten teacher, will offer weekly music classes for families and their children beginning Jan. 28, 2012, and continuing through the end of May. Classes will be held on Thursdays and Saturdays in room 313 of Presser Hall on the campus of Ohio Northern University.

University offices schedule break
Ohio Northern University offices will be closed for holiday break from Dec. 24 through Jan. 2, with a few exceptions. The Office of University Advancement will be staffed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Dec. 31 to accept any year-end donations to the University. Mailed and online donations will, of course, be accepted. On Dec. 28, Information Technology will be making network upgrades. As a result the ONU Website will be unavailable beginning at 8 a.m. and until the upgrades are completed.

Habitat sets winter trip
ONU’s Habitat for Humanity chapter is taking its first winter break trip with five students and an advisor working in New Orleans, La., from Dec. 31 to Jan. 7.  The students will be working with Project Homecoming because the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity did not have spaces available for the winter break.

Auditions set for ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’
Auditions for “Thoroughly Modern Millie” will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, from 6 - 11 p.m. at the Freed Center for the Performing Arts. Singers should prepare 32 bars of an appropriate classical musical theatre song, preferably in the style of the show. Songs from the show are acceptable. The dance call and callbacks will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, from 6 to 11 p.m. Bring sheet music. An accompanist will be provided.
