Lecture series to host TeleTech CIO
Ohio Northern University’s James F. Dicke College of Business Administration at Ohio Northern University will present Carol Kline, executive vice president and chief information officer at TeleTech Holdings Inc., on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011, at 7 p.m. in the Freed Center for the Performing arts.
Part of the College of Business Administration Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series, Kline’s lecture is titled “The Shift to a Digital, Mobile and Social Consumer.”
At TeleTech, Kline is responsible for driving the company’s IT strategy and operations, which includes the launch of TeleTech’s new generation technology. Recently, TeleTech acquired eLoyalty, a customer relationship management consulting and systems integration company. Kline uses her technical expertise to help the company develop its technological offerings and serve customers through various channels.
Kline graduated from Ohio Northern University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1986 and received her MBA in marketing and business policy from Case Western Reserve University.
The College of Business Administration Dean’s Distinguished Lecture Series brings to campus successful entrepreneurs and officers of major corporations to discuss current business issues.
The lecture is free and open to the public.
