Frohnen presents paper

Bruce Frohnen, associate professor of law, presented a paper “Is Constitutionalism Liberal?” at the Campbell University School of Law Symposium on Christianity and the Roots of Classical Liberalism on March 18. It will be published in the Campbell Law Review.

In addition, he took part in a debate on CLS v. Martinez, at the University of George Law School on March 31. He was also part of the Colloquium on the thought of William Blackstone, April 28-March 1, 2011, sponsored by Liberty Fund.

His paper, “Constitutional Morality and the Rule of Law” written with George W. Carey, has been accepted for publication in the Review of Law and Politics at the University of Virginia.
