ONU welcomes admitted students for Trustee Scholar Day
Ohio Northern University will host its Trustee Scholar Say on Saturday, Jan. 22. The second of four on-campus scholarship evaluation days, this event attracts roughly 230 high-ability students from Ohio and surrounding states. The day’s events begin at 8:45 a.m. and conclude at 2:30 p.m.
The Trustee Scholar Day’s student evaluation includes an interview and a written component. The interview teams consist of faculty, staff, current students and alumni volunteers.
Dr. Kendall L. Baker, Ohio Northern University president, and Karen Condeni, dean and vice president of enrollment, will welcome parents at 10 a.m. in the Freed Center for the Performing Arts. At the same time, Dustin Jarrett, assistant director of admissions, will welcome the students in the English Chapel. More than 600 students and parents also will receive lunch in the field house of the ONU Sports Center.
