Klondike Raffle

The Ohio Northern University Support Staff Association (ONUSA) will be raffling off a retired Boyd’s Bear named Klondike.

Klondike is from the Boyd's Bear Plush Collection. He was issued in 2000 and retired in 2000. He is a 14-inch polar bear with a black hand-stitched nose with shaved muzzle and white paw pads. He is wearing a matching red velveteen hat and scarf set with white snowflakes on the scarf. The arms, legs and head all swivel so he can be posed in different positions.  He has the tag with his name "Klondike" printed on the front.

Tickets are $1 each or six for $5.  Raffle tickets are available for purchase from any ONUSA member across campus.  

Proceeds from this raffle will go to the ONUSA Scholarship Fund. This fund was established 1988. ONU’s five colleges are put on a rotating schedule and one scholarship is presented each year to a deserving student from the selected college. This year’s recipient will be from the College of Pharmacy.

Drawing for the winner will be on Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010.
