Multimedia Presentation Wins Awards

Randy Walk, associate director of multimedia development in the Communications and Marketing office, has been honored with two recent awards.

He received first place for online - medical/science story from the Society of Professional Journalists and first place in new media – analysis from The Press Club of Cleveland - Excellence in Journalism 2010.

Both awards are for a multimedia production for the Columbus Dispatch, titled “Death Perceptions” which examines occupations that deal with death. The project has won four awards  and can be seen at www.dispatch.com/death
