Assistant Director of Institutional Research – Eunhee Kim

Eunhee Kim, Ph.D., known as Kim, has joined Ohio Northern as the assistant director of institutional research. 

She holds her Ph.D. in horticultural therapy and graduate certificate in applied statistics from Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas. Kim comes to ONU from Kansas State University, where she was a research director of the K-State Comprehensive Assessment Tools, Inc. and research assistant professor of horticultural therapy.

As the assistant director of institutional research, she will serve mainly in the areas of assessment, evaluation, and survey research. She will also assist in compiling accountability data for external and internal use, provide senior administrators with the necessary information to support decision-making and strategic planning, and report findings from various studies and survey research to a variety of internal and external constituencies.
