Attended Hondros College and obtained my Ohio Real Estate License.  Currently working part-time, assisting  the 3 partners in the company.  Activities include working with clients to show properties, prepare competitive market analyses for listing opportunities, conducting open-houses, preparing advertising, writing marketing materials.  I have also listed and sold properties and worked with my clients to find them property to purchase.

Thirty plus years in marketing research, marketing and management for consumer marketing research and customer satisfaction research firms.

Current            Chestnut Station Condominium Board of Managers

Served for the past 12 years on the board.  I have been the president for the past 7 years.  Duties include managing $500K annual budget for 132 unit association.  Work with the property manager (Towne Properties) to maintain architectural integrity, landscape and general maintenance issues.  Projects have included replacement of roofs, patio and perimeter fences and planning long-range plan for removal and replacement of 42 Ash trees.
