John Martin Honored for Publication

John H. Martin, visiting professor of law, has been recognized for his paper, “Reconfiguring Estate Settlement,” published in the Minnesota Law Review, Volume 94, Number 1, November 2009.

The paper has been identified by Stewart Sterk as one of the best works of recent scholarship in trusts and estates in a review published in Jotwell: The Journal of Things We Like (Lots).
